I am no fan of 'Twilight' when it first emerged in the movie scene for three reasons: 1) I synonymously compared it to Harry Potter (no offense to the Harry Potter geeks) which is another im-not-a-fan-of film. 2) I prefer to be a fan of a movie that most of the people aren't crazy about. 3) vampires, ghosts, monsters scare me. I am even not a fan of horror films. It makes my hair stand and leaves me halfly covering my eyes with my hands! and lastly 4) due to some reviews saying that the film is no good.
Honestly, I haven't watched the film yet but I have read the book (ebook specifically)! And at that instance,I was euphorically reading it from page to page, thirsty for more reads just like a blood drinker thirsty for his victim's blood!
The Twilight ebook together with the other series (new moon, eclipse and breaking dawn) came to me by fate. I just found myself google-ing it and I luckily suprised myself when I was saving these ebooks for my future read. I was just curious that time hearing my friends and classmates talking about this vampire-ry film. Questioning them why they love it even came to reality until I too, was hooked by the Twilight fever. But that doesn't stop there, the temperature even gained it's rise when I had given enough room for the other three series. If this is the twilight fever they're calling, I probably have broke the thermometer!
Yes, I was figuratively bitten by Edward(a vampire in the story who fell inlove with Bella) and the venom already had spread unto the whole of me and that converted me into a pure-blooded Twilight fan(fan of the book only! Let's just see if the movie will mold me more than what the book had turned me!). And my symptoms of becoming as such?? I just sent the ebooks to my friends and classmates who wanted a copy for themselves yesterday(without pay for the sake of Christmas), I am spending hours(lots of hours not minding how much electricity bill it'll cost me) just to finish the whole series, and lastly, I can't wait to see the movie and I'm looking forward of buying a copy by the time that I shop for myself this Christmas! It will never be erased on my Christmas list not until I get one!
For the spirit of Christmas and for the celebration of my conversion as a pure-blooded Twilight fan, I'll be leaving this link in this post for the readers who do want to have an ebook of the series. It's worth the read and electricity bill
