Have you ever been into a situation where you had a hundred percent confidence in your sleeves yet, the thing you really wanna have was given to another person and you believe for yourself that you are better than her? I'll raise my right hand for that!
the DETAILS--in summary
ExcelAsia endorsed me together with my other 2 co-trainees to a company. When we got there, we were interviewed and with us was another woman who was older than us (that made 4 applicants in the room and one interviewer). The interview went on for about 15 minutes. After that, we were then evaluated and a minute more, the woman was then asked to transfer to another room. The three of us were left in the room and we had a little chitchat about the interview and it ended when the interviewer came and then she told us the bad news-- our application was rejected and the woman was then sent to the second process of her application!
Just the ordinary scene of an interview right? YOu might think that I am just overreacting and I'm expecting too much but what was annoying is that, the woman's only edge was she had her working experience. I actually even spoke better English than her! I even converse better than her during the interview! If we base it on confidence, the three of us were even more confident than here! One thing bad was that the company could only pick one from the group to go to the second level of application...it sucks...really sucks! I could have gotten the job...but with their process and way they pick their possible employees, it's all a mess!
What happened to us after the interview? We ended up at the Terraces and spent an hour talking about the issue. We then realized that it doesn't mellowed down the depression so we just went home!
